Compared with the common D²PAK (TO263) package, the package is smaller in size, more fitted to the PCB board, and has low package resistance, low parasitic inductance, low thermal resistance, low voltage overstroke, high current and other characteristics, has been widely used in outdoor power supplies, inverters, electric bicycle chargers, BMS systems and other equipment.

    At present, most of the outdoor power supply uses an integrated aluminum alloy shell, and the front of the outdoor power supply is provided with a display panel, and is equipped with USB fast-charge output and inverter AC output. AC input interface and parallel interface are provided on the back of the outdoor power supply, and a large area fill light is also provided.
